The World Health Organization invites prospective Proposers to submit a proposal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).

WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Leadership Development and Coaching for Senior Managers at the WHO Asia-Pacific Centre for Environment and Health (WHO ACE) in the Western Pacific Region.

The purpose of this assignment is to strengthen the capability and effectiveness of senior managers through leadership assessment, coaching, development planning, facilitated leadership workshops and ongoing leadership support. The engagement will combine online coaching and consultation with onsite leadership workshops in Seoul, Republic of Korea, from August to December 2026.
