Subject: Request for Information (RFI) – Community Nursery Infrastructure and Materials

Dear Sir/Madam,

UNDP Samoa is conducting a market survey to identify potential suppliers and obtain indicative budgetary information for the establishment of a community nursery under the Renewable Energy for Biodiversity Restoration and Community Livelihoods Project. The scope may include water storage systems, shaded nursery structures, seedling benches, irrigation accessories, nursery materials, tools, PPE, signage, and associated installation services.

Interested suppliers are invited to review the attached RFI Questionnaire and submit their response through the UNDP Quantum Supplier Portal no later than 23 July 2026 via https://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org.

Responses should include the complete questionnaire, company profile, product catalogs, indicative pricing, technical specifications, delivery lead times, and any relevant experience with similar projects.

Please note that this RFI is issued solely for market research, supplier mapping, budgeting, and procurement planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by UNDP to award a contract. We appreciate your participation and look forward to receiving your submission through Quantum.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
