Introduction

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the design, development, testing, deployment and handover of the African Credit and Investment Risk (ACRI) Digital Ratings Platform.

The ACRI Digital Ratings Platform will provide a secure, scalable web-based solution to support data-driven credit and investment risk assessment for African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The platform is expected to incorporate data integration capabilities, analytical tools, digital business profiling, dashboards, and related functionalities in accordance with the Terms of Reference.

Interested proposers shall prepare and submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Quantum Supplier Portal by the deadline specified in the solicitation documents. Suppliers not yet registered in the Quantum Supplier Portal may register using the link provided in the procurement notice and follow the registration guidance available on the UNDP procurement website.


Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
