CLARIFICATIONS

For clarifications regarding this RFQ, you are requested to contact the Procurement Officer, exclusively in writing, via e-mail: unhabitat.roas.clarifications@un.org no later than 21 July 2026 at 04:00 PM, Syria Local Time. No communication, written or verbal, is allowed in connection with this RFQ with any UN staff members other than Procurement Officers.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails with clear subject (Technical Proposal & Financial Proposal). No financial details or information should be indicated in the Technical Proposal, otherwise, your proposal will be disqualified.

All proposals must be submitted via email to unhabitat-roas.quotations@un.org no later than 28 July 2026 at 04:00 PM, Syria Local time. Please do not even copy (cc) any other email address, otherwise your bid may be disqualified.

• Submission to any other email will lead to rejection of the proposal. Do not even cc any other email address.
• Each email submission including attachments (e.g. PDF, MS Excel files) cannot exceed 10 MB. Please use clear and concise file names when submitting attachments.
• The use of files sharing applications is not permitted and files submitted through such applications will not be considered. If necessary, bids should be split in multiple emails of less than 10 MB each.
