Building a Culture of Social Protection in Lebanon
UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2026- 9205080 for Building a Culture of Social Protection in Lebanon as per attached Annex A-TOR.
Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Friday 07 August 2026, 12:00pm.
Proposals must be sent in two separate emails: one technical and one financial.
- Email for technical proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9205080) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.
- Email for price proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9205080) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.
Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (rallam@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) by 24 July 2026 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.
Kindly make sure that LRPS reference number LRPS-2026-9205080 is mentioned in your e-mail.
- Proposals submitted by consortia or partnerships of institutions are strongly encouraged.
- Attendance at the bidders' conference is mandatory and will be a prerequisite for consideration during the evaluation process.
- There will be no extension to the submission deadline.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday July 22nd, 2026, at 13:30h via teams.
