New clarification added: Q.1: LOT 1A- Take care that the updated specs will be : Chipset Q870, and the CPU is: Intel Core Ultra7 265 5.30G 30 MB 20 cores 65W CPU. Hope you if these updated are acceptable. UNOPS Reply: The specifications included in the tender are the minimum acceptable specifications for the devices. Proposed devices that meet or exceed the specifications will be accepted.   B- Next we hope in case you drop down the DVD-RW is almost useless today ( unless for medical application), otherwise let us know if we may add external ones as alternatives.   UNOPS Reply: The DVD-RW is specified and should be included. Internal or external is accepted.C- let us know in case we may add licenses for windows pro through Microsoft tenant registration rather than preinstalled from HP.     UNOPS Reply:  Both are acceptable with the condition of the licence being authentic Microsoft license, and installed on the devices prior to delivery.   Q.2: With reference to the referenced project, and in light of current global market dynamics, please review and provide your feedback and guidance regarding the following points:A. Validity of Quoted PricesMarket Status: Global markets are highly volatile.Supply Shortage: There is a severe global shortage of essential components for electronic devices.High Demand: Manufacturing companies are facing massive demand worldwide.Price Validity: Manufacturers refuse to commit to price validities exceeding 30 days due to continuous price increases.Please expedite the technical and financial evaluation process to avoid expired offers.UNOPS Reply: UNOPS can complete the technical evaluation, including any necessary clarification requests, within 2-3 weeks, also the bid validity is reduced to 30 days.(Refer to Amendment No.1)B. Computer Delivery TimelinesCurrent Constraint: The project documents restrict the computer delivery period to 6 weeks only.Market Reality: Due to the global shortages mentioned above, the actual delivery time for imported computers is currently 3 months.Timeline Anchor: This 3-month period starts from the official receipt date of the Purchase Order (PO).UNOPS Reply: Lot 01 to be delivered within 8 weeks & Lot 02 : within 6 weeks (Refer to Amendment No.1)C.
