Invitation to Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI)

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Samoa Multi-Country Office, in partnership with the Government of Samoa and with support from the Global Environment Facility (GEF), is conducting a market assessment for a potential consultancy assignment under the Blue Green Island Integrated Programme (BGI-IP) Coastal Resilience Samoa (CRS) Project. The proposed assignment will support the integration of nature values into economic decision-making through the development and enhancement of Natural Capital Accounting (NCA), Decision Support Tools (DST), Nature-based Solutions (NbS), Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES), and institutional capacity strengthening initiatives.  As part of procurement planning activities, UNDP invites qualified consulting firms, research institutions, universities, consortiums, and other interested organizations to participate in this Expression of Interest (EOI) Market Survey and provide information regarding their technical expertise, relevant experience, market capacity, and potential interest in participating in a future procurement process.
