United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office invites your company to participate in the tender "LRPS-2026-9205025 Long-Term Arrangement for Cleaning Services for United Nations Agencies in Malaysia" through a competitive bidding process. Interested bidders are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Request for Proposals for Services (LRPS), the Terms of Reference, and the instructions contained in the solicitation documents.
1.Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this invitation and confirm your intention to submit a proposal by replying to this email no later than 17 July 2026
2.Request for Clarification
If you require any clarification regarding the solicitation documents, please submit your enquiries using Annex E – Enquiries & Clarification Form and reply to all recipients of this email.
Deadline: 22 July 2026, 17:00 Malaysia Time
3.Proposal Submission
All proposals must be submitted via email ONLY to mlya-procurement@unicef.org no later than:
⏳ 05 August 2026, 17:00 Malaysia Time
❗ Late submissions will not be considered.
❗ Please do not copy any UNICEF personnel email addresses when submitting your proposal.
Please also be reminded that the maximum file size per email must not exceed 25MB.
If your submission exceeds this limit, kindly:
- Upload the documents to a cloud-based file-sharing platform (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive); and
- Share the download link with appropriate access enabled to allow us to retrieve the files.
4.Tender Documents and Submission Requirements
Bidders are requested to review and complete the following documents as part of their proposal submission:
1. LRPS-2026-9205025 (including Annex A – UNICEF General Terms and Conditions): Review the document and sign the Bid Form on Page 5.
2. Annex B – Terms of Reference (ToR). Review the requirements and scope of services.
3. Annex C – Mandatory Proposal Submission Checklist. Complete and submit.
4. Annex D – Financial Proposal Template. Complete and submit as a separate financial proposal.
5. Annex E – Enquiries & Clarification Form. Complete and submit only if clarification is required.
6. Annex F – MDM Vendor Master Registration. Complete and submit together with:
• Bank account proof (e.g. cancelled cheque, bank statement, or bank letter)
• Business registration documents
• Audited financial statements for the last two (2) financial years
7. Annex G – UNGM Vendor Registration
Complete the registration (if not already registered) and provide the registration details/documentation as applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted as separate documents.
- The Financial Proposal must not be included within the Technical Proposal or any other technical submission.
- Failure to comply with the submission instructions may result in disqualification.
