Description
The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) seeks interested and qualified vendors to design, demolition, supply, installation, and finishing works, including electrical and data line modifications and interior upgrades, to deliver a fully functional office space in accordance with the approved design and UNECA standards. The general objective of this project is to transform the existing office space into a modern, functional, and visually accessible client service environment that enhances workflow efficiency, improves user experience, and reflects a professional and transparent service delivery setting, addressing the general need for both aesthetic enhancement and functional improvement to meet modern workplace standards. Scope of Services: The scope includes partitions, floor finishes, ceiling finishes, light fixtures, power and data lines and points’ reconfiguration and window blinds, all of which require upgrading or reworking. The Commission seeks to enter a 03 (three) months contract with the successful Contractor. A detailed SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) will be included in the upcoming solicitation documents issued after this EOI closes. Kindly note that the UNECA is precluded from inviting vendors to participate in a tender exercise who are not fully registered in UNGM.
