Production of a photographic exhibition for the 80th anniversary of the International Court of Justice

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) requires quotations from qualified vendors for production of a photo exhibition.

The vendor’s services are required by the Registry of the Court to produce either eight easy to assemble lightweight, exhibition frames with full-colour, bespoke printed fabric covers, or 12 full-colour photo panels for wall mounting ( other formats of a similar quality will be considered).
Print quality must be rich and vibrant to best showcase large, detailed photographs.
The preferred format would be the following:
Option 1- one 8-piece modular exhibition stand comprising of:
a. 6 vertical standing lightweight aluminium modular frames suitable for printed
stretch fabric covers;
b. 6 stretch fabric covers, full-colour printed, designed to fit snugly over the
aluminium frames;
c. 1 aluminium column frame, suitable for printed stretch fabric cover;
d. 1 stretch fabric cover, full-colour printed, designed to fit snugly over the
column frame;
e. 1 horizontal laying aluminium frame suitable for Dibond panels;
f. 5 full-colour printed Dibond panels;
g. Transport crate/s for international shipment.

Alternative formats will also be considered (as long as the quality matches the price), such as:
Option 2- photo panels hanging from a rail system, This exhibition format would comprise of:
a. 2 dibond (or alternative) or canvas photo panels of 1.20cmX240cm
b. 8 dibond (or alternative) or canvas photo panels) of 240cmX240cm
c. 1 dibond (or alternative) or canvas photo panels) of 200cm X 240 cm
d. 1 dibond (or alternative) or canvas photo panels) of 65cmX200 cm
This would compriseof around 25 meters of hanging material in total, leaving space between panels.

Exhibition Installation (optional)
 Set up and dismantling in New York - The vendor will provide a quotation for installation of the exhibition at the United Nations headquarters at 760 United Nations Plaza, Manhattan (USA), if this falls within their scope of work.
