LTA for Long-term arrangement for Food Catering services

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2026-9204999 for establishing long term arrangements (LTA) for Food Catering services as per attached ToR.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Thursday 06 August 2026, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails: one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9204999) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9204999) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (rallam@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) by 23 July 2026 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.

Kindly make sure that LRPS reference number LRPS-2026-9204999 is mentioned in your e-mail.
