A consultant to design and deliver three training packages on business planning and gender-responsive strategies, strengthening the capacity of 90 enterprises across three target provinces to develop viable, gender-responsive, and bankable business plans.

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Conducting rapid meta study and synthesize existing research using streamlined, accelerated methods of Value Chain in the selected provinces • Design and develop training modules for business plan and gender responsive strategies • Execute three trainings (one each in Madhesh, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Province) for a total of 90 businesses • Technical delivery and oversight of training • Link at least 30 businesses to financial institutes and ensure they access formal credit through a financial institute. Please note that travel is required for this assignment. The necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
