Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will conduct an independent final evaluation of the PRS Phase II project implemented in India, Nepal and Pakistan. The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact in accordance with ILO Evaluation Policy and OECD/DAC evaluation criteria. The assignment includes document review, development of an inception report and evaluation design, stakeholder consultations, key informant interviews, focus group discussions and field missions, analysis of findings, preparation and presentation of preliminary findings, facilitation of validation workshops, and submission of draft and final evaluation reports. The evaluation will identify lessons learned, good practices and recommendations to inform future ILO programming on formalization, social inclusion, gender equality and decent work in South Asia.
