Call for External Collaborator – Monitoring of Results and Impacts of the Sustainable Work Programme (PTS), ILO CO-Brasília / RBCLAC Project

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Development of Inception Report with documentary review of the Susteinable Work Program (PTS) (2023–2025), theory of change mapping and indicators framework. Development of structured field assessment questionnaire applicable by labour inspectors. And Final Impact Report covering 3 years of PTS implementation, incorporating Brazil in the Global Agenda, Best Practices Bank, and validated Dashboard and field questionnaire as annexes, approved by the ILO and SIT/MTE.
