Provision for Supply of Passive Wastewater Treatment Systems and Associated Services

The United Nations intends to engage the services of a qualified vendor for the provision for Supply of Passive Wastewater Treatment Systems and Associated Services in Support of All UN Field Missions. The scope will include the following requirements: a. Supply and delivery of Passive Wastewater Treatment Systems, spare parts and consumables in line with the technical requriements and performance specifications to safely handle and treat wastewater generated in UN Peacekeeping Missions and other UN Field Offices in accordance with industry best practices; b. Provisions of installation, commission/testing, training and after-sales support services (spare parts, training, etc.); c. Export packaging and shipment of the Passive Wastewater Treatment Systems into standard 20 foot ISO Sea Containers; d. Export packaging and shipment of spare/miscellaneous parts into standard 20 foot ISO Sea Containers; The main components of the envisioned Passive Wastewater Treatment Systems are: 1. Pre-treatment Assets - Grease Interceptors & Oil Water Separators 2. Septic Tank Systems 3. Infiltration/ Leaching Systems The goods and services will be provided through a multi-year system contract, and be used worldwide in Peacekeeping Operations, Political Missions and UN Offices. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be sent out to all vendors responding to this EOI. This REOI does not constitute a Solicitation; responding to the REOI does not guarantee that the Vendor will be invited to participate in the Solicitation when issued. The UN reserves the right to change or cancel the procurement at any time during the REOI process or the formal Solicitation process. The UN reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to Vendors who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements.
