You are invited to submit a bid for the supply and delivery of Electrical items for the rehabilitation of the Sheikh Radwan Storm Water Plant, under UNICEF Invitation to Bid No. LITB-2026-9205045.

Please find attached the following documents for your review:

  • Tender Document (LITB-2026-9205045_Electrical_SR.pdf): This document contains all terms, conditions, and general requirements for this procurement.

  • Bill of Quantities (BOQ_Sheikh radwan_Remaining Electrical Items .xlsx): This file contains the detailed list of items and is where you must provide your pricing.

Key Instructions for Submission:

  1. Prices: Must be quoted in Israeli Shekels (ILS), excluding VAT. Prices should be stated in the indicated column in Annex C (Mastersheet) .

  2. Technical Submission: Please complete Annex B with all required technical specifications, datasheets, and certificates. The technical submission file must be titled with the Annex B- COMPANY NAME, LITB REFERENCE.

  3. Financial Submission: Please complete Annex C in both Excel and PDF (signed/stamped) formats.

  4. Bid Form & Declaration: The Bid Form and Declaration in the main tender document must be signed and returned with your submission.

  5. Bid Validity: Your bid must remain valid for a minimum of 180 days.

  6. Submission Deadline: 25 July 2026, end of day (EOD) .

Important Notes:

  • UNICEF reserves the right to make partial awards to technically accepted vendors.

  • The successful vendor(s) will need to be able to provide a Zero VAT Invoice.

  • Please note that any costs related to required conformity tests before or upon delivery are the responsibility of the vendor.

  • Bidders must be able to ensure delivery of all items to UNICEF Warehouse in Ashdod. Please note that UNICEF will not support in providing donation approvals or coordinate for product entry. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to handle all necessary import/export procedures and approvals required for the delivery of goods.
