DISPOSAL OF UHC COMMODITIES IN KENYA
The United Nations World Food Programme (UNWFP) is the food-assistance agency of the United Nations and is the world's largest humanitarian organization addressing hunger and promoting food security.
In order to complement its operations in Kenya, UNWFP seeks to engage companies with the pre-requisite capacity to collect, transport, process and dispose commodities declared as Unfit for Human Consumption (UHC products).
The companies will be expected to perform one or more of these services upon receipt of the UHC products; Waste management, agricultural by-product processing, animal feed processing, industrial disposal, destruction services or recycling
