procurement of furniture and equipment for educational institutions in Ukraine

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies to submit sealed tenders for the procurement of furniture and equipment.

The procurement includes the supply, delivery, unloading, assembly, installation and readiness-for-use handover of furniture and equipment for educational institutions across various regions of Ukraine. The required items include, inter alia, student desks and chairs, teacher furniture, projection and multimedia equipment, interactive boards, laptops, multifunctional devices, specialized rehabilitation equipment, didactic materials and related items.

Delivery, unloading, assembly and installation services are mandatory. All items shall be delivered, installed where applicable, and handed over in a condition ready for immediate use by the beneficiary institutions.

The tender covers 18 delivery locations across Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Odesa, Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a complete set of Solicitation Documents.

Interested companies wishing to participate in this Open International Competition must request the complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge, from the UNESCO contact indicated below. The sealed tenders must be delivered to procurement.kyiv@unesco.org on or before 13/08/2026 at 14:00 hours, in strict compliance with the instructions as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents.
