Dear Bidder, The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking an External Collaborator, engaged jointly under the PROTECT and TRIANGLE in ASEAN partnerships, to undertake the following: Analyse existing mixed-methods research and KII/IDI transcripts on women migrant construction workers in Thailand and produce a 20-page policy brief on occupational safety and health (OSH), heat stress, on-site housing, and social protection for women migrant construction workers in Thailand. The brief will include a legislative/regulatory gap analysis (OSH Act, Labour Protection Act, housing regulations, Social Security Act) and recommendations to be validated at a tripartite-plus workshop in October 2026.
