Prepare a Project Identification Form (PIF) and support Project documentation
Description of the Assignment: Consultant for the Preparation of the Project Identification Form (PIF) for the project “Building Resilience and Transforming Livelihoods through System-Based Adaptation in Rwanda”
Period of assignment/services: 35 days over a 7-month period (July 2026 – January 2027)
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
