Description of the Assignment:  National Consultant – Civil Engineer for Accessibility Improvement Investments (Technical Assessment, Monitoring and Quality Assurance) under UNDP LNB3 and EU4LMI Programme in Albania

 Period of assignment/services: August to December 2026
