Supply and Installation of Mini-Grid System and Communication Infrastructure
Requirements are comprised of the following three (3) sites on Koro Island, Fiji:
1. Nasau, Koro (-17.30955389, 179.437684009999998)
2. Sinuvaca, Koro (-17.33199264, 179.431946240000002)
3. Nakodu, Koro (-17.370133, 179.416708)
In addition, the selected supplier will:
- Provide on-the-job training to designated community technicians of each site on basic operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the respective system(s).
- Enter a separate Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contract with the Fijian Government (or its designated entity) for a minimum period of five (5) to seven (7) years post-commissioning of the 3 sites (Nakodu, Sinuvaca and Nasau). This O&M contract will be based on the O&M plan and annual O&M fee submitted as part of this tender.
- Bidders are requested to submit a comprehensive proposal covering all aspects of the 3 sites, including the proposed multi-year O&M services and annual fees.
