Description
Purpose of the Request: The Office of Investment Management (OIM) of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) is seeking information on providers offering annual subscription services for operational and non-financial risk data, research, and benchmarking. The objective of this request is to obtain access to credible, independent external risk intelligence that supports the Fund’s operational resilience and governance, and can be leveraged for management reporting, risk framework enhancements, and engagement with senior leadership. The proposed solution for subscription access and entitlements shall include the following: 1.Reference taxonomies: Provide access to industry-standard reference taxonomies and related guidance (as applicable under the proposed subscription), suitable for use in operational and non-financial risk identification, categorization, and internal framework alignment. 2. Risk intelligence and benchmarking: Provide access to (i) reports on current risk in financial services, (ii) emrging risk reports/analysis, and (iii) annual loss trend analysis (or equivalent annual loss trends deliverable) to support peer-based benchmarking and management reporting. 3. Peer collaboration: Enable participation in practitioner forums and relevant events (virtual and/or in-person, as included in the proposed subscription), including access to discussion topics and materials made available to subscribers. 4. Access, licensing, and delivery: Provide subscription credentials and access to the provider’s online platform/portal (or equivalent delivery mechanism), including clear user access terms, permitted internal use, and any limits on the number of named users under the subscription. 5. Subscriber administration and support: Provide a designated contact for subscription administration, onboarding guidance for users (as applicable), and reasonable support for access issues and questions regarding included deliverables. Specific Requirements/Information Vendors should provide an overview of their product and services with a brief description of how their solution suppports the above requirements. Qualifying vendors may be invited to provide a demonstration. Company information: The Vendor should also provide a brief history of their company, how it is organized to support the proposed solution, and how its available products and resources will be used to meet UNJSPF/OIM requirements. The vendor shall submit the following information: • The company’s official name and address. The vendor shall also indicate what type of entity it is — for example, a corporation or a partnership. • The name, address and telephone number of the person who receives correspondence and who is authorized to make decisions or represent the vendor. Please state this person’s capacity within the company. • The total number of years the vendor has been in business and, if applicable, the number of years it has operated under the present business name. • The number of years the vendor has been providing the proposed solution. • A description of the vendor’s operations: facilities, business and objectives, and the number of employees, and client support services. Services and Pricing structure: • Please indicate the nature of your pricing model and as well as the metrics used to price your solution (e.g., flat fee, per module, per portfolio, per users, etc.). • Please describe your implemention approach and the pricing / rates for your implemention services. • Please describe your client support model and the pricing of related support services. If your firm is interested in responding to the Market Search/ RFI, kindly confirm that you meet all the above-mentioned requirements and provide brief description of its abilities explaining how your system meets each requirement. Please note that UNJSPF, through UN Procurement Division, may require that the companies responding to this RFI provide a detailed live presentation and demonstration using assignments provided by PD accompanied by presentation on the capabilities of their system within 30 days from closure of the RFI. Please further note that RFI process is intended to obtain market information and it is not a tendering process, therefore it will not result of any award recommendation.
