Description of the Assignment: The workstreams of this consultancy are (i) an implementable strategy for mobilizing innovative financing sources from diverse mechanisms, (ii) quantified total costs for programs/strategic priorities outlined in the Roadmap of Acceleration of Designation of Customary Forests (2026-2029), (iii) a budget management framework; and (iv) an evidence-based recommendations for policy integration, sustainable financing, and community benefit-sharing. This consultancy integrates all four workstreams to provide evidence-based, data-driven, and strategically coordinated support to accelerate customary forest designation and strengthen indigenous peoples’ tenure rights in Indonesia.

Period of assignment/services: 40 working days within 3 months
