Consultancy services for the strategic review of the Council of Europe’s web presence

The Council of Europe is currently considering different levels of reform to improve usability, visibility, engagement and strategic impact. The Council of Europe’s web presence currently comprises 230+ websites with fragmented structures, inconsistent user journey, and limited thematic coherence.

In that context, it is looking for a Provider to conduct a streamlined, focused assessment and provide recommendations for possible web reform scenarios and actionable insights to guide decision-making.
