Call for External Collaborator – National Consultant – Social Protection Capacities Assessment in the OPT

The national consultant will support the international consultant in conducting a granular assessment of social protection capacities in the OPT, needed to progressively realize a universal social protection vision and sustain a social protection floor under crisis conditions. The consultant will provide field-based and nationally anchored support, including collecting and translating national laws, policies and administrative data; conducting field visits, key informant interviews and surveys; organizing stakeholder consultations with government, social partners and civil society; and providing national inputs and contextual review of deliverables, including the Strategic Capacity Development Plan (SCDP). Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed before the selection process.
