(*for inclusion in the “Description” field on UNGM) The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks an International Consultant on Strategic Partnerships and Resource Mobilization to support the implementation and sustainability of Better Work Haiti through December 2026. Working under the supervision of the Programme Manager, Better Work Haiti, the consultant will provide technical support to strengthen strategic partnerships, identify resource mobilization opportunities, and enhance the programme's engagement with development partners, brands, buyers, employers' and workers' organizations, business associations, government institutions, and other key stakeholders. The consultant will prepare stakeholder mappings, partnership pipelines, concept notes, donor briefs, presentations, and other strategic engagement materials; support the implementation of the programme's partnership and resource mobilization strategy; monitor emerging partnership opportunities; and contribute to documenting programme achievements and sustainability initiatives. The assignment contributes to the implementation of the Better Work Haiti 2026 workplan and the Haiti Decent Work Country Programme by supporting programme sustainability, responsible business conduct, productive employment, and social dialogue. The consultancy is expected to be primarily home-based, with the possibility of one mission to Haiti, subject to programme needs and prior authorization.
