Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Organization (ILO) seeks an Evaluation Manager to manage the implementation and quality assurance of a final cluster evaluation of the Global Accelerator on Jobs and Social Protection for Just Transitions. The evaluation will cover a portfolio of eleven Global Accelerator projects implemented through different funding and delivery modalities, including the Global Technical Support Facility, High-Impact Track projects, M-GA projects and a bilateral ILO project. Working under the guidance of the ILO Evaluation Office (EVAL) and in coordination with the evaluation offices of participating UN agencies, the Evaluation Manager will serve as the primary focal point for the independent evaluation team, coordinate the evaluation process, facilitate stakeholder engagement, review evaluation deliverables to ensure compliance with ILO evaluation policies and procedures, UNEG norms and standards, and coordinate review processes across participating organizations. The assignment requires extensive experience in evaluation management, strategic and multi-country evaluations. The contract is expected to run from July to December 2026.
