Description
The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), through this procurement exercise, seeks to establish a pool of qualified service providers capable of delivering scalable, high-quality, and cost-effective services that will support the continued evolution, operation and enhancement of the organization's data and analytics ecosystem. The objective of this bidding exercise is to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a pool of pre-qualified service providers able to support IFAD in the design, build, enhancement, maintenance and ongoing support of its evolving Data analytics ecosystem based on Microsoft Power BI and Azure Data Lake. Under this arrangement, IFAD wishes to establish non-exclusive LTAs on the basis of "if and when required" with no commitment by the Fund. The RFP is organized into three (3) LOTS. Bidders may apply to one or more LOTs. Each LOT will be evaluated and awarded independently. For each LOT, LTA agreements will be awarded to the highest-ranked bidders whose proposals meet the minimum technical and financial evaluation criteria. IFAD intends to award multiple LTAs per LOT (a "pool" of pre-qualified providers) to ensure healthy competition at Work Order stage, business continuity and access to a broad skill base. The Long-Term Agreement between IFAD and the selected companies will have a duration of three years and may be renewed, at IFAD's discretion, for an additional period of up to two years, for a maximum total duration of five years.
