PROVISION OF POTABLE DRINKING WATER TO UNSOH IN PORT-AU-PRINCE (HAITI)

The United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested companies/ bodies for the Provision of potable drinking water to UNSOH in Port-au-Prince (Haiti).he Contract shall be awarded for an initial period of two (2) years, with the possibility to renew for one (1) additional period of one (1) year (2+1). The specifications of the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents. Companies expressing interest should be registered under the relevant commodity code and providers of the requirement are invited to express interest. Women owned companies providing similar services are encouraged to express their interest. Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT: 1.The EOI should specify brief relevant information about the company including the company's profile, capacity/capability and experience. 2. Bidders will be shortlisted based on their ability to provide the relevant documents showing that they are registered organization and have relevant qualifications and experience in provision of the requirement 3. Interested vendors must possess the necessary technical expertise and capacity to provide the requirement. 4. Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the solicitation when issued. UNSOH will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest. UNSOH reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this Request for EOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 5. Supporting documentation for this should be emailed to the email addressed shown above. Before responding to this EOI, your company MUST have an accepted status with the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org) with "UN Secretariat" at the Basic Level, or above. To respond to this Request: The interested firms must complete the following Vendor Response Form and return it to unsoh-procurement@un.org before the closing date on 21 July 2026 at 03:00 pm, Port-au-Prince (Haiti) time. The UN reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest that are incomplete, incorrect, or are received after the stated deadline.
