RFQ-2026-07 Consultancy Service for ATM DHIS2 Technical Support for Aggregate and Tracker.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out technical support and maintenance for Myanmar’s ATM DHIS2 system, in order to ensure continuous improvement and optimal functioning of both aggregate and tracker platforms withing the country’s electronic reporting system.
The provider shall be a public institution, company, individual or NGO operating in the field of public health, software engineering, with proven expertise in developing DHIS2 at country level.
Under the overall supervision of the UNAIDS Country Director (UCD) and in close collaboration with the designated UNAIDS focal points, NAP, HMIS and the database expert, the consultant team will undertake the following tasks:
- Technical Support for improvement and upgrade of National ATM DHIS2 System
• Revision / updating the data elements, indicators and datasets in Aggregate instance to align with new national reporting formats.
• Installation and configuration of WHO Data Quality App for HIV program.
• Upgrade of the ATM DHIS2 system to the latest stable DHIS2 version
- Technical Support for maintenance of National ATM DHIS2 System
• Technical support services for DHIS2 system maintenance, and resolution of technical issues throughout the contract period as required.
