The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Timor-Leste hereby invites bids from competent, legally registered, and technically qualified construction firms for the refurbishment and renovation of the Dalan Ba Digital office, located within the UN Compound in Dili, Timor-Leste.

To assist prospective bidders in assessing the physical requirements, existing layout, and local site conditions, a non-mandatory site visit will be conducted as follows:

Date: Friday, 17th of July 2026

Time: 3:00 PM Timor-Leste Time 

Location: UN Compound, Caicoli Street, Dili, Timor-Leste
