Upgrade of U-PLAN WhatsApp Chatbot to a Comprehensive SRH and Multilingual Platf

UNFPA Nigeria invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the upgrade of U-PLAN (0916-739-5795) our Family Planning WhatsApp chatbot, into a comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and multilingual platform. Since 2022, U-PLAN has provided adequate and accurate family planning information to thousands of users and linked them up to public health facilities for the uptake of their method of choice. UNFPA now intends to upgrade the chatbot by introducing Retrieval-Augmented Generation, expanding SRH knowledge coverage, improving user experience, adding multilingual support, and strengthening analytics and safety controls. We now seek to expand its reach and impact by enhancing its functionality, inclusivity, and scalability.
