Provision of Photo and Video Production Services (Several Provinces)

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Provision of Photo and Video Production Services in the framework of Strengthening National Capacities Against COVID-19 and Other Public Emergencies Project funded by the European Union which address the following objectives (in several provinces):

The selected supplier will provide professional photography, videography, editing and multimedia production services to support project visibility, advocacy and communication objectives.

The scope of services includes:

a. Event and On-site Photo and Video Coverage

• Professional photography coverage of project events, trainings, workshops, meetings and field activities;
• Professional video recording of project activities, interviews and site visits;
• Delivery of edited high-resolution photographs, RAW files, raw video footage (A-roll and B-roll), metadata, shot lists and consent forms.

b. Production of Edited Video Products

• One (1) flagship project impact video (2–3 minutes),
• Four (4) thematic short videos (30–60 seconds),
• Three (3) human-interest testimonial videos (45–60 seconds),
• Four (4) “Did You Know” format videos (20–45 seconds) for social media use.

c. Post-production Services

• Video editing and motion graphics where required,
• Subtitle production in Turkish and English,
• Preparation of social media optimized formats (16:9, 4:5 and/or 9:16),
• Licensed music procurement where required,
• Delivery of clean versions, subtitled versions and complete archive packages.

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
