New clarification added: Question:Regarding BOQ Item 1.3 – Walkway, the BOQ describes:"Spread and compact hardcore or selected gravel to 4'' thickness (Compacted to 95% MDD), sealed with 4'' thick concrete pavement in walkways as shown in the drawing..."However, after reviewing all the issued Architectural, Structural, M&E and Plumbing drawings for both Lot 1 and Lot 2, we could not identify any drawing indicating:Walkway layoutWalkway locationWalkway dimensions (Length × Width)Total walkway area/extentTherefore, we kindly request your clarification on the following:1) Please provide the relevant drawing(s) showing the walkway layout and dimensions for Lot 1 and Lot 2.2) If no such drawing is available, please advise the measurement basis to be used for pricing this BOQ item.3) Please confirm whether bidders shall price this item based solely on the BOQ quantity, regardless of the absence of walkway dimensions in the drawings.This clarification will ensure a consistent basis of measurement and pricing for all bidders.Answer:1) The walkway layout and location are indicated in the following Architectural drawings:Lot 1 (Hinthada): Drawing No. 4-AR-00Lot 2 (Ingapu): Drawing No. 2-AR-002) The walkway shall be 4 ft wide.The approximate walkway areas are:Lot 1 (Hinthada): approximately 450 ft²Lot 2 (Ingapu): approximately 2500 ft²3) The walkway item shall be priced as a Lump Sum (LS) in accordance with the BoQ. The walkway width and approximate walkway areas provided in this clarification shall be used as the basis for pricing.

New clarification added: Question: Regarding the Financial Capability requirement, could you please clarify the definition of 'Last 2 years'?Are we strictly required to submit the most recent consecutive years (2024-2025 and 2025-2026)?Or is it permissible to submit 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 if our consecutive Annual Turnover was higher during that period?Answer: For the purpose of this requirement, 'the last two years' means the company's two most recently completed financial years.

New clarification added: Question: Schedule 0.7 Performance Statement က တင်ဒါအောင်မှဖြည့်ရမှာလား? Answer: Completed Performance Statement with all the relevant informations along with supporting documents (if any) has to be submited together with all other returnable forms at the time of tender submission.

New clarification added: Question: The subject in the bid submission declaration current states: "Construction of Community Health Center,Ho-Hkaik Leprosy Colony in Loilem,Shountern Shan State."Can we change it ourselves to: " Construction Constract for Small Works- Construction of Education Facilities in Ayarwaddy Region,Myanmar" to match the urrent tender?Answer: We have corrected the Schedule 0.1 Bid Submission Declaration and uploaded Small_Works_ITB_Section VI_Returnable Schedules_(Updated) V2 under the document section as an amendment.
