New clarification added: 1. In the Price Schedule Form, we noted a column for travel expenses. However, based on our review of the TOR, there is no information provided regarding the location of the representative offices that we are expected to visit during the assessment and verification process. We kindly request clarification on the specific locations of the UNOPS representative offices involved in the calculation and development of the methodology, so that we may plan to visit and hold direct discussions during the assessment.No travel to be considered as part of this solicitation. All meetings and information exchanges will be held online. (the travel column is part of the original template, but not to be filled)2. Please confirm whether experience using datasets based on DEFRA and Climatiq can be accepted as fulfilling the requirement for experience related to EEIO databases?DEFRA is primarily known for its physical, distance-based, and activity-based emission factors, but it also provides a widely used set of supply chain (spend-based) emission factors. Therefore yes can be consided as one of the datasets to be considered. 3. Could UNOPS provide details on the average size proxy for the six infrastructure subcategories (housing, hospitals, clinics, schools, educational facilities, and public buildings), along with the reference sources, which we will later use for benchmarking against standards?This information will be shared once the bidder is confirmed.
