A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday; 9th July 2026 at 10:00 Hours Jakarta Local time via Microsoft Teams. You can join the meeting by clicking here.

The deadline for submission is Monday, 27th July 2026 at 14:00 Hours Jakarta Local Time. Your offer should include a Technical and Financial Proposal, each in a separate document, and should be submitted in English to jakartasupply@unicef.org.

Please ensure that proposals submitted by email are attached as files. Please note that submissions via links (e.g. cloud storage links) will not be accepted and will be considered invalid unless otherwise specifically requested.
