Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The evaluation will assess the project's implementation from January 2022 to 30 June 2026, covering implementation processes, outputs, outcomes, and emerging impacts across its three outcome areas. It will review the project's geographic and institutional coverage in Indonesia, including its engagement with government institutions, social partners, SMEs, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. The evaluation will examine the effectiveness of project interventions, tools, research, pilot initiatives, and knowledge products, as well as project management, partnerships, resource utilization, sustainability, and contributions to policy and SME development.
