New clarification added: Clarification 8: Regarding the form titled Schedule 3 – 3.9 Key Personnel Requirements, could you please clarify whether we are required to fill in the table with the names of the proposed engineers along with their qualifications and experience, or if it is sufficient to simply sign and stamp the table?Response 8: Bidders are not required to provide any names at this stage and only sign and stamp this schedule as a confirmation on their ability to provide them as per the requirements at a later stage if requested.Clarification 9: The technical specification indicates a 48 V nominal LiFePO₄ battery module. However, several internationally recognized battery manufacturers currently offer standard rack-mounted LiFePO₄ battery modules with a 51.2 V nominal voltage, instead of 48 V.Accordingly, we kindly request your confirmation on the following:Would UNOPS accept a 51.2 V nominal LiFePO₄ battery module as an equivalent to the specified 48 V battery.Your clarification will assist all bidders in proposing technically compliant solutions based on commercially available battery technologies.Response 9: Please note that the minimum requirement for the system voltage is 48 VDC. All bidders should ensure complying to the minimum technical requirements as specified in the tender documents.Clarification 10: I would like to seek clarification regarding the Financial Capability – Availability of Liquidity (Cash/Credit Line) requirement.The solicitation requests the submission of a Credit Facility from a Commercial Bank as proof of financial capability. We would like to inquire whether a Credit Facility issued by a licensed financial institution, such as an exchange company, would be considered acceptable, or whether the document must be issued specifically by a commercial bank.We would appreciate your clarification on this matter to ensure that our submission fully complies with the requirements.Response 10: Please note that financial institutions are not accepted and bidders should provide a letter from a commercial bank in order to comply with this criteria.Clarification 11: We would appreciate if we can get an amendmentResponse 11: Please note that the tender has been amended to reflect the updates in the technical quessionnaires to be specific for each Lot requirements. Accordingly, the material distribution has been updated as per the document named "REV 1 - All Lots - Material Distribution Summary."Clarification 14: In Lot 3, Al-Joumhori Hospital Dialysis Center – Taiz: In the bill of quantities, item number 4.4, four batteries with a capacity of 520.9KWh were requested, while the drawings and the material distribution summary schedule indicate a request for only one?Response 14: Please note that the quantities for the batteries indicated in the material distribution summary and the drawings are 4 batteries × 130.225 kWh, resulting in a total battery energy storage capacity of 520.9 kWh which is matching the quantities in the BoQ for Lot 3.Clarification 15: In Lot 3, Al-Joumhori Hospital Dialysis Center – Taiz: There are differences in the quantity of mounting structures between the material distribution summary schedule, the drawings, and the bill of quantities. The drawings indicate that this site only requires rooftop mounting structures, while the material distribution summary schedule indicates the presence of both rooftop and canopy, which made the total quantities of mounting structures for this lot 3 different between the material distribution summary schedule and the bill of quantities?Response 15: Please note that the mounting structure type for Al-Joumhori Hospital Dialysis Center is rooftop. the material distribution has been updated as per the document named "REV 1 - All Lots - Material Distribution Summary."Clarification 16: In Lot 4, Khaled Hamad Al-Saqr Hospital: There is a discrepancy in the quantity of Solar PV Modules and mounting structures for this site, as the drawings indicate presence of 88 Solar PV Modules and 275 square meters of rooftop bases, while the material distribution summary schedule and the bill of quantities indicate 96 Solar PV Modules and 300 square meters of rooftop bases?Response 16: Please note that the required quantities for the specified facility is under the drawing document named "Lot-4- Drawing-Taiz -Khaled Hamad Al-Saqr Hospital" with 96 PV modules and 300 m² of rooftop mounting structure and NOT 88 modules and 275 m². Kindly ensure that all related documents, including the material distribution, drawings, and BoQ, are consistent with these quantities.Please note that the tender has been amended to cover the above points. All bidders should ensure using the maended documents for their submission.

New clarification added: Clarification 1: With reference to the experience criteria outlined in Section V of the RFQ (requiring at least one similar off-grid solar project valued at a minimum of USD $500,000 within the last seven years), we would like to confirm our compliance.We have successfully completed two similar projects with a combined value of USD $2,112,968.25, with individual project values exceeding the specified threshold. Could you please confirm that this will cover all lots?Response 1: Please be advised that the previous experience criteria has been updated in the tender to read as follows:"The bidder should have successfully completed at least one (1) similar contract of at least USD 500,000 as described in the RFQ Section V: Requirements within the last seven (7) years (2019 - 2026) from the bid opening date.
