ITB/2026/63405;Q13: For Rwanda what disease will they want to test for and we will be able to configure the right kits.Ans 13: If this refers to - Item 2: Supply and Delivery of Biological Test Kit (Panel)”; the targets are already identified in “Lot 02: ITB/2026/63405- Form D_Technical Sheet” as follows:Line B-2: Bacillus anthracis (Anthrax)Line B-3: Yersinia pestis (Plague)Line B-4: Francisella tularensis (Tularemia)Line B-5: Burkholderia mallei (Glanders)Line B-6: Toxins (e.g., Ricin)Q14: I wanted to find out if manufactures authorization, marketing authorisation are necessary looking at the quantities requested. As most of the requested items are easily stockable. Most manufactures require huge volume.2. Sterile GlovesThe quantity states 23 boxes. Is it a case with 10 boxes inside or 1 individual box with 75 gloves insideAns 14: Item 7 of Lot 07_ ITB_2026_63405- Form D_Technical Sheet has been revised to remove Manufacturer Authorization. After reviewing the tender requirements, our manufacturer believes that the requested system appears to be more suitable for a Chemi Documentation (Chemi Doc) System rather than a standard Gel Documentation System, particularly as the specifications include fluorescence imaging capabilities. To recommend the most appropriate configuration, we kindly request your clarification on the following:Is the intended application for a Chemi Documentation (Chemi Doc) System rather than a standard Gel Documentation System? 2. Which fluorescent dyes or fluorophores are intended to be used with the system (e.g., Ethidium Bromide, SYBR Green, GelRed, FITC, Cy3, Cy5, etc.)?Ans 15:1) The specifications of the “Lot 3, Item 2 – Gel Documentation System” are not directed toward ChemiDoc. It is rather a standard Gel Documentation System with enhanced features. Please share any specific clarification so that we can address accordingly. 2) The system shall support the detection of commonly used nucleic acid and protein fluorescent dyes, including but not limited to Ethidium Bromide (EtBr), GelRed, GelGreen, SYBR Green/SYBR Safe, FITC, Cy3, Cy5, and equivalent fluorophores. The system shall include appropriate excitation sources and emission filters to support these applications. ITB/2026/63405;Q 1: Payment trigger: For FCA delivery, is the 30-day payment period counted from UNOPS's collection of the goods at the exit point in China, or from the beneficiary's final reception/acceptance at the destination country?Ans1: Payment will be processed within 30 days from the date the goods are handed over to the UNOPS-appointed freight forwarder.Q 2:Certification for China-manufactured goods: (a) Is CE marking issued by an EU Notified Body accepted for goods manufactured in China? (b) Does China NMPA registration qualify as the "marketing authorization or local health registration in the country of manufacture"?Ans 2: CE marking issued by an EU notified body will be acceptable.An NMPA registration acts exclusively as legal authorization to sell a product within China. We need legal proof that the manufacturer can distribute and sell health-related products in the target regionQ 3: Bid Security: Is Bid Security required for this ITB?
