Strengthening Immunisation resources on the Department of Health's, Side-by-Side, Website

The project’s goal is to strengthen the health system’s capacity to address barriers to immunization and promote uptake. The objective is to adapt and contextualise a core set of evidence-based information and engagement resources on routine immunization, including disease outbreaks, into practical, data-light digital resources for practitioners and caregivers, as part of the DoH Side-by-Side website re-design.
