Pre-Tender Meeting for Pentavalent, Hexavalent and Inactivated Polio Vaccines Tenders for supply from 2028 onwards

Dear Sir/Madam,

On behalf of UNICEF Supply Division, we are pleased to invite manufacturers and pipeline developers of Pentavalent (DTwP-HepB-Hib), Hexavalent (DTwP-HepB-Hib-IPV) and Polio (Inactivated) vaccines to participate in a Pre-tender Meeting (meeting) in preparation for UNICEF forthcoming Tenders for the supply of these vaccines to UNICEF supported countries from 2028 onwards.

The objective of this meeting is to provide an overview of the planned tenders, outline key requirements and timelines, and allow interested manufacturers and pipeline developers to ask questions and seek clarifications prior to the formal launch of the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The meeting is intended solely as an information sharing session and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by UNICEF to award any contract. Participation in the meeting is voluntary and will not influence the evaluation of proposals submitted in response to the forthcoming RFPs.
