Dear Bidder, The ILO seeks a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist to support the final phase of the Social Dialogue for Peace and Crisis Prevention in Sri Lanka project. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will oversee project monitoring activities, coordinate completion of outstanding baseline surveys and assessments, support monitoring of trainings, workshops, dialogue forums, and learning programmes, maintain project results tracking systems, analyse project performance data, and prepare monitoring reports. The consultant will also coordinate and support the final independent evaluation and lead the drafting and finalization of the Joint Final Donor Report in collaboration with the ILO, UNFPA, UNESCO, and project partners, ensuring timely and high-quality project closure reporting.
