Description

This procurement of technical services aims to establish a pool of pre-qualified service providers capable of delivering on-demand technical support to UNFPA at global, regional, and country levels. The pool will support UNFPA in strengthening the link between data, analysis, and decision-making — ensuring that demographic trends are effectively integrated into national planning, public finance, and sectoral policies.

The scope of work covers two interrelated programme streams, each with its own distinct pillars:

Stream A: Data and Analytics — foundational population data systems, advanced analytics, statistical methodology, and data use infrastructure.

Stream B: Population and Development — demographic analysis, policy development, programmatic support, capacity strengthening, and public communications on demographic change.

Service providers may apply under one or both streams, and must clearly indicate in their proposal which pillars(s) they are qualified to deliver.
