New clarification added: Q: All of the items that you mentioned in the terms and conditions, in the RFP, in the ITB, we fully comply with. One key condition that you mentioned is participation in the project pre-bid meeting. In the pre-bid meeting, we participated for about half an hour. And for this reason, we asked the bank whether we can participate in this bidding or not. In other words, we asked if we are registered in your system, so that our documents will be.Answer:Please note that participation in the pre-bid meeting was not mandatory, as clearly stated in the eSourcing event. Therefore, you may submit your bid without any concern.
