Hiring National Consultant – Coordination support with Government stakeholders

Description of the Assignment:  

The objective of this assignment is to provide high-level, deliverable-based coordination and technical support to the Government and UNDP during a critical 5 month transition phase of the SPPS Programme. Specifically, the consultant will facilitate immediate multi-sectoral liaison with key line ministries to provide support to draft the projects inception plan, establish the stakeholder engagement framework for the NSSS Action Plan Phase II rollout, and support in setting up reporting mechanisms to support high-level policy dialogues.

 Period of assignment/services: 96 working days over a period of 5 months
