The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator for a consultancy Services to provide Communication, Visibility, Monitoring and Evaluation Independent Consultant for EU–Ghana Pact for Skills: Integrated Action on Green Jobs and Skills Project
The Communication and Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant is to provide strategic communication, visibility, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting support for a period of one year. The consultant will be responsible for developing communication products and social media content, designing and operationalizing a project monitoring and evaluation framework, supporting performance monitoring and reporting, documenting project achievements and lessons learned, and contributing to evidence-based project management and learning.
Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
