Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Bid for the Procurement of Self-Contained Self-Rescuers, Artificial Lung Ventilators for Coal Mining Operations and Artificial Lung Ventilators in Ukraine. Please note that this ITB consists of three (3) separate Lots, as specified in Annex III – Description of Requirements. To enable you to prepare and submit a bid, please find enclosed the following Annexes: Annex I - Instructions to Bidders; Annex I-A - ILO e-Sourcing Platform Supplier User Guide; Annex II-A - Certification to be submitted by a Bidder in an ILO Competitive Bidding Procedure; Annex II-B - Bidder’s Information Form; Annex II-C - Recent References; Annex II-D - Price Submission Form; Annex III-A - Description of the Requirements. LOT 1: Self-Contained Self-Rescuers (SCSR) for Coal Mining; Annex III-B - Description of the Requirements. LOT 2: Procurement of Artificial Lung Ventilators; Annex III-C - Description of the Requirements. LOT 3: Procurement of Portable Underground Multi-Gas Detectors; Annex IV - Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts. Your Bid must be received by the ILO no later than the deadline specified at the ILO eSourcing Platform (Jaggaer). Late bids shall be rejected. You may submit a Bid to the ILO provided that your organization is qualified, able, and willing to deliver the goods specified in this ITB. Participation in this ITB indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts provided as a link in Annex IV. Please note that non conformity with the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts (Annex IV) or the additional contractual conditions stated in section 2.6 can impact on the evaluation of a bid. In addition, failure to comply with the requirements of this ITB and its Annexes may render a bid ineligible for consideration. We look forward to receiving your Bid.
