RfP for providing capacity building support for Climate Information Groups (CIG)

UNDP is seeking for national consulting firm providing capacity building support for Climate Information Groups (CIG) on localized, gender-sensitive climate response advisories for disaster risk reductions and sustainable agricultural production.

The objective of the assignment is to undertake capacity building support for CIG members in participatory scenario planning to i) empower them to formulate gender-responsive climate advisories tailored to local languages and literacy levels; ii) facilitate the timely dissemination of these insights through a strategic combination of traditional and digital channels; and (iii) leverage their expertise to institutionalize a long-term role for CIGs in guiding community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM) training, participatory CBDRM planning, and sustainable agricultural production.
