New clarification added: Question: Could you please clarify if you mean ISO 9001 or 14001? 9001 is the quality system, which if you want high quality product, is the certificate you need. 14001 is environmental, and has no bearing on product quality.UNOPS Response: Please be advised that the evaluation criteria outlined in the tender documents remain unchanged. Please refer back to the previous clarification response where we addressed a question related to this criteria.

New clarification added: Question: In the evaluation criteria under Sustainability criteria, it states ISO 14001 certificate is required to be submitted. ISO 14001 is a very expensive program to implemnent, and not fully suited for all companies, espcially f they are a distributor. Will the UNOPs accept an envionmental policy in lieu of 14001?UNOPS Response: In order to establish Long-Term Agreement/s for high-quality kits, we are unable to modify this requirement. However, we will accept manufacturers' ISO certifications provided they are presented by authorized distributors of the goods.

New clarification added: Question: So that we understand correctly, when you say 10 sets kits is this 10 kits Lot 1 or 10 Kits Lot 2 or could this be a "mix" of kits?UNOPS Response: Any PO with 10 units kit order.

New clarification added: Question: We note Section 2 Schedule of Requirements delivery (we assume to FCA) is called for within 30 days from an award. However, Form D Technical Bid Form indicates four - six weeks after contract signature. Please clarify which is correct.UNOPS Response: As specified in Form D (Excel file) and the Schedule of Requirements, the standard delivery timeline of 30 days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) applies to orders of up to 10 units. Supplier performance will be measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on this standard.For any orders exceeding 10 units, the delivery timeframe may extend up to six weeks. Ultimately, the actual delivery schedule remains dependent on the specific Lot and quantities requested, and will be mutually agreed upon and finalized with the selected bidder at the time of PO issuance.
